Hey Ops! We have a new procedure for reporting project hours. Every Friday, you will be sent a form to self-report your project hours for the week. Read the instructions on the form and send me a message if you have any questions.

Remember that our team has a standard of working at least 3 hours a week for each project team that you are on. If you don't report your project hours or don't average at least 3 hours a week per project team by the end of the semester, you will not receive a semester raise from that project team and will be removed from that team. We just published the schedule through the end of Term 1. The schedule ends March 1st. As always if you have any issues with your schedule please reach out to Beau, Luke, or myself.

Also please welcome Luke Tracey as our newest scheduler! He helped us set up this schedule so if you dislike it bring it up with him instead of me, haha. Just kidding though, we are so excited to have him on the team!

Hey y'all, our next All Hands Meeting to start out the year will be next Wednesday, January 24th from 6 - 7pm. There will be food provided (I think pizza) and we'll have our typical game night the following hour. The meeting itself is mandatory for all to attend, and if you cannot attend or can only attend via zoom for any reason, please message me and Dallin to get that worked out beforehand. We'll have a lot to go over as we start 2024, so I look forward to seeing you all there!
